Hi Charles. We were dismayed by your review. We checked our current stock and there was no issue with any of the ones tested. Just curious if the package could've gotten cold before you opened it? Although cold would not harm the efficacy of the product it would make it temporarily hard. It couldn't be an old product because we sell so much of this we're making it constantly. We're going to send you a new one and hope this was just a fluke.
Feels really nice on the lips and the applicator is great. However, this is not very moisturizing. It doesn't feel like it ever soaks in, and I'm still finding that I have to use a lip scrub. I apply this throughout the day (I usually only do AM & PM with previous products) and it still doesn't keep my lips hydrated. Super disappointing because I was very excited to try this! When I wake up each morning, I have such chapped lips even though I apply before bed and if I wake up in the middle of the night.
