Shipping policy

Yes! We happily ship all over the world. A tracking number will be issued for every order, but please note that there may be no tracking updates once it leaves the United States. Sally B's is not responsible for lost packages once they leave the United States.

We have several shipping options available, ranging from USPS First Class Mail (3-5 days) to USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) to FedEx 2-Day. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Returns and exchanges

We pride ourselves in being a skin care company that is transparent with product information, including disclosing all ingredients used, so you can make the most informed purchase possible. It is important to us that you find just the right product and are happy with that product.

If your any part of your order arrives damaged, or there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us at within 7-days of receiving your order and we will work with you to make it right. Sally B's will incur any shipping costs in the case of damaged goods or order errors.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 21-days from the date of purchase to return your products for either a refund or store credit. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded and the following items may not be returned: Surprise Bags, Gallon size of Foaming Hand Soap, Eco Sprays, Traveler, Promotional or Seasonal Items.

To make a return, please send all products you wish to return to the address below with your order number and reason for return. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you utilize a shipping method that allows you to both insure and/or track your return package. Once your return has been received, a member of the Sally B's ream will reach out to you to initiate the return process.

In order to receive a full refund, products must have been purchased directly from and contain 80% of the original product's contents. If the product was part of a collection or package deal, then all items in that collection or package must be returned. If you received a 'free gift with purchase,' that gift must also be returned. Any samples you received are not required to be returned.
Returns that exceed $200 will be charged a 30% restocking fee. You can choose to receive a store credit in the amount owed, or be issued a refund to the payment method used to make the purchase. Questions? Email us at
