I was expecting a serum because the name says 'serum' but this product is actually a cream. It feels nice and I like it. Customer service assured me I received the right product. But it's a cream, not a serum.

SUPERB MOISTURIZER

This is one of the best products I have used on my face. I use it as a light moisturizer in the summer and under my oil based moisturizer in the winter. It does what its supposed to do- nourish, moisturize, protect and rejuvenate the skin.

Face Serum

The smell is terrible - although I realize organic products that are made with pure ingredients don't have fragrance added, however - I couldn't use your face serum because it smells terrible.

Hi Joyce. So sorry you found the scent of the Day Serum unpleasant. It is scented with Rose and Neroli essential oils. Not for everyone but many customers love it.

nice product but don't like the packaging

I really love the sally b's products but I really don't like the packaging they come in. I would prefer glass or something else than plastic, I am always worried that toxins seep into the product and it is also not very sustainable.

Hi Tina and thank you for taking the time to write a review. Sadly, the cosmetic industry is woefully behind in the development of sustainable, recyclable packaging. We often request packaging that not only comes from recycled materials but that also can be recycled. The answer is often that what we need does not yet exist.

We have a program in house where we can recycle any personal care packaging that is not traditionally recyclable. Also, we are gradually changing many of our containers over to glass. The airless pumps that we use for this serum are chosen because they protect the product so well. They do not leach into the product.

This is a sort of rambling answer but we want you to know that we work on this very subject weekly and hopefully will have a great solution in the months to come.

This moisturizer is seriously the best! I have very sensitive skin and had yet to find a moisturizer that wouldn’t dry out my face. This is the one!!
It also doesn’t leave your face greasy and oily. 5 stars in my book!

The Antioxidant Serum for Daytime is great. I would definitely buy it again. It is light and refreshing. It goes on easily and I enjoy the feel of it. It is so wonderful that it is one of the ewg’s designated products. It is great to know that what I am putting on my skin is clean and non toxic. Thank you!

Wonderful

I've been using Antioxidant Serum,- daytime for over a year along with Antioxidant Serum-nighttime and Carrot facial cream. I love all of them. Have had friends ask me what I'm doing for my skin.

Not a good reaction

I am not sure what happened, but my skin did not react well to this serum. I applied the product, as recommended on the jar, but as soon as I put it on my face, I was first overwhelmed by the strong fragrance. I then applied my moisturiser and my face began to turn red. I am still not sure if it was simply the reaction of the two products together, which produced this effect, or if the serum alone could be responsible. However, I am a little disappointed, as this product has been so highly recommended by a number of websites.

Didn't Like the Smell

This wasn't the product for me. The smell was too strong and it made the skin under my eyes turn red like a sunburn.

Unfortunately, just as we can have an allergy to something so benign as a cat or a dog, we can react to some natural ingredients and essential oils. Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence but we want to help you avoid reactions in the future.

Great daily serum

I have reordered this two to three times - it is light and effective and VEGAN! I use it in combination with the night serum and add Vitamin C booster powder to my daily moisturizer!

Best serum ever

This product has improved my skin texture and decreased wrinkles in less than 2 weeks of use and I am 56 yrears old!! Love this product!!

Love this stuff!

I loved this product from the first minute I started using it. My skin is very dry, mature (I'm 53), and I have mild rosacea and dermatitis. It soaks into my skin quickly and feels so moisturizing and refreshing. When the skin on my face is feeling tight and itchy, the Daytime Antioxidant Serum is very soothing. I have started using it on my hands and it has really helped get rid of some of that awful "crepe-y" look. It pairs great with the Peptide Booster Serum.

Since I was diagnosed with cancer, I have been very careful of the products I use. I love my yummies and feel comfortable using them. Another bonus....I get compliments on how I look a lot! People say my skin glows.

Beautifying Serum!

This serum makes my skin glow but not in a greasy way. I've seen a huge improvement in the smoothness and suppleness of my skin. I don't even have to use a moisturizer after since it provides great moisture.

Great Day Serum

Just what I expect from Sally B's. Excellent product!

I really liked Sally B's daytime serum. It dries on your face and it is easy to apply makeup over the top of it. I also found that it helped with my acne. The only things I can complain about is the smell and the cost. The smell is awful, which I got used to over time. But for the price of this product there are other products on the market that are comparable, EWG certified, that are half the cost.

Happy with the results, but the smell of this serum is less than pleasant and lingers for quite a while after application.
