Catechin

  • Catechins are a type of antioxidant found naturally in the leaves of the Camellia plant or in red wine, chocolate, and berries.

Emulsifier

  • An ingredient that binds oil and water together in a product.

Polyphenol 

  • a natural, organic compound that belongs to the catechin family, which is a type of antioxidant compound. Research shows that polyphenols can protect the skin from UV rays, as well as promote blood and oxygen flow to the skin to aid in new cell growth.
