Orders & Returns
For all US Orders – We ship all Sally B’s products via USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
International Orders – We happily ship Sally B’s products far and wide. To keep the prices as low as possible, we ship all orders via USPS. Please allow (on average) 2 weeks to receive your order. We deal in US Dollars and exchange rates are determined by our credit card processing center.
Note: USPS tracking will not update tracking information after it has left the United States. They will update tracking once it has been delivered. For additional questions, please email email@example.com
If you receive a product that is damaged or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll do everything in our power to make it right. In the event of a packaging defect, please send a photo to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can ensure that we fix the problem for future customers.
We pride ourselves in being a skin care company that is transparent with ingredients used and product information to help you make the best purchases possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product for store credit. Please note that the Solid Perfume and Traveler do not qualify for return. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a store credit. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sally B’s prides itself on listing all product ingredients on the website and on product packaging. Please read ingredient listings before use or purchase of any product to confirm you do not have known allergies, sensitivities, or general distaste for any or all ingredients used. In the event that you do experience a rash or any other skin irritation, discontinue use immediately and contact your health care provider.
