Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped by Sally B’s Skin Yummies via UPS, USPS or Federal Express.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will shop within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. Sally B will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

1. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by Sally B that the item cannot be shipped and you will not be charged for that item.
2. Free shipping promotions do not include international shipping

Return and Exchange Policy

Sally B allows returns provided that return requests are made within fourteen days from the date of order confirmation and that you follow the instructions below. All returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition with all seals attached. Sally B’s has the right to refuse return of any merchandise that Sally B’s determines does not meet these requirements. Sale items are not returnable and all sales of this merchandise are final.

Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.

At the time of return, you may specify your preference for (i) receiving a credit in your original form of payment, (ii) exchanging the returned merchandise or (iii) receiving the amount of the credit for the returned merchandise in the form of a merchandise credit.

All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to your payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Gifts may be exchanged for an item of the same value or an item of greater value; provided you pay any cost difference as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Merchandise that is purchased at www.sallybskinyummies.com cannot be returned to the Sally B’s store.

How to return an item:

1. Mail the item in it’s original condition to the address below. We recommend that you insure the package.. Sally B’s does not guarantee that the merchandise will be accepted for return or that the charge for the merchandise will automatically be credited back to your credit card. You will be notified of acceptance once the merchandise has been returned and inspected by Sally B’s.
2. Please include your full name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return along with the returned merchandise.
3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be postmarked within fourteen days of purchase.

Sally B’s recommends shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Sally B’s does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Sally B’s cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, Sally B’s will send you an email regarding the status of your return. We will process your return request within five business days following receipt of the package.

4. If your return request is approved, unless a gift certificate or exchange is requested, all refunds will be made in the method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges and import duties are not refundable.

Gift Wrap

For an additional charge of $5, Sally B’s will gift wrap your purchase prior to shipping.

To make online shopping faster and easier, you may register and create an account with Sally B’s. As a registered customer, you only have to enter your shipping addresses and billing information once. This information will then be securely stored with Sally B’s for your future use.
